For over 40 years, Richard Ramirez has successfully represented insurance companies and their insureds in litigation throughout Texas. Following his graduation from the University of Texas, he started his career in 1983 as an Assistant Attorney General with the Office of the Attorney General, where he handled a state-wide trial docket. Richard operated his own insurance defense firm for over twenty-five years where he continued to hone his litigation skills.
Richard has extensive experience defending litigation involving first and third-party auto accident claims, commercial trucking claims, premises liability claims, and catastrophic injury claims. Having grown up in a small town, Richard is equally as comfortable in rural venues as he is metropolitan venues.
