Brian G. Saucier represents individuals and companies in cases involving personal injury, product liability, insurance defense, business litigation and general liability litigation. Brian has handled a wide range of high-stakes cases including contract disputes, wrongful death and products liability matters.
Over his years of practice, Brian has worked with clients in a number of high-value legal matters, including having represented several aircraft manufacturers in high-profile cases involving various allegations, to include, wrongful death, breach of contract, violation of the False Claims Act, and products liability. Brian is admitted to practice in Texas state courts and all Texas Federal district courts.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science from University of Southern Mississippi in 1979, a Master’s degree from University of La Verne in 1989 and a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University in 2002. In addition to his legal experience, Brian was a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force.
